Luxury is in the Dust: Our "Clean Room" Installation Philosophy

The White-Glove Standard

In a coastal environment like Wilmington, "dust" is more than just an eyesore—it’s a logistical nightmare. Fine sawdust combined with our high humidity can create a sticky residue that is notoriously difficult to remove from upholstery and HVAC systems. At Case & Cove, we treat your home like a sanctuary, not a construction site.

Our "Clean Room" Philosophy is a commitment to a zero-impact installation, specifically designed for the high-end Wilmington residence.

The Zero-Impact Install

  1. M-Class HEPA Extraction: Most contractors use a standard shop vacuum, which exhausts fine dust back into the air. We use M-Class HEPA systems connected directly to our tools. This is vital in our climate, as it prevents fine particulates from entering your home's air filtration system—a common cause of "renovation smells" that linger in humid air.

  2. Multi-Layer Floor Protection: Whether you have original heart-pine floors downtown or polished travertine in Landfall, we utilize a multi-layer system of "Ram Board" and specialized adhesive runners to create a "path of travel" from our entry point to the work zone.

  3. Sealed Work Zones: We use telescoping "ZipWall" systems to isolate the work area. This is especially important during the summer months when your AC is working overtime; we ensure no dust is pulled into your return vents to be circulated through the house.

  4. Post-Install Sanitization: Once the cabinetry is in place, we perform a "white-glove" wipe-down. We leave your home cleaner than we found it, so you can enjoy your new space immediately.
